Mr. Wilson will work with professionals throughout BlackRock to support client relationships, and work with the firm’s executive management team on organizational and professional development efforts, according to a BlackRock news release.
Mr. Wilson served as an adviser to the U.S. Treasury Department from August 2008 to January 2009, and left there to spend more time with his family. Before working with the Treasury Department, he was vice chairman of investment banking with Goldman Sachs & Co.
