Buckeye Steel Casting Co., Columbus, Ohio, hired Key Asset Management as trustee, record keeper and service provider for its $1.44 million 401(k) and profit-sharing plans. Key will provide nine investment options.
Former trustee, record keeper and service provider Fidelity Investments Institutional Services offered eight investment options, said Larry Jones, director of human resources. The change in service providers was due to customer service problems with Fidelity, he said.
"We strive to provide excellent customer service, and our retention rate exceeds 98%,” said Sophie Launay, spokeswoman for Fidelity.
Buckeye is the administrator for the plan.
