The Board of Administration of the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System, an $11.4 billion public pension fund, seeks proposals from qualified organizations to provide discretionary private equity consulting services for a private equity program with $2.4 billion in commitments. The scope of services will include strategic asset allocation advice, policy development and program structuring, selecting and monitoring investments, portfolio reporting, and education.
