Under direction, the Retirement Investment Officer assists in the administration and review of the investment program of the Sacramento County Employees’ Retirement System (SCERS); monitors, analyzes and reports on investment performance and compliance; assists in planning and developing investment strategies; assists in the oversight and assessment of investment managers, consultants, custodian and other financial service providers; and conducts complex research and analysis related to the investment program.
