Senior Portfolio Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and five years’ experience in construction and management of MBS/CMBS/ABS portfolios, three years of which must have been at a supervisory level or higher; or a master’s degree or MBA and three years in construction and management of MBS/CMBS/ABS portfolios, two years of which must have been at a supervisory level or higher.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Preference will be given to applicants with seven or more years of experience in fixed income portfolio management, mortgage backed securities market, asset-backed and commercial mortgage-backed securities. Applicants must be proficient in use of Bloomberg, Microsoft suite, and Barclay’s Point, Wilshire Axiom, or other securitized asset analytics system.
