Sean P. Kelly joined Eaton Vance Distributors as head of defined contribution and subadvised distribution, said Meg Pier, spokeswoman. Mr. Kelly had been senior vice president and managing director in the institutional asset management group at Evergreen Investments, where he led the firm’s defined contribution investment-only business. Calls to Evergreen Investments were not immediately returned.
